Record the brand, category, complete model and serial, proposed date, country or market, approximate installation year, and supporting evidence in your own notes.
Evidence checklist
- Brand on the equipment plate
- Full model and serial, including leading zeroes
- Readable printed manufacture date or official source
- Permission to use a redacted example in tests
